Role & responsibilities

• Preparing Cash, Journal Voucher.
• Data Entry i.e Purchase & Sales Bills, Receipt & Payment, Cash, Journal Voucher in Tally & Zoho.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• To Prepare Monthly GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B & Reconciliation.
• To Prepare Debit Note & Credit Note.
• To Prepare Monthly Stock Statement for Bank.
• To Prepare Bill of Exchange, Bank Guarantee Application with documents.
• Employee Income Tax Calculation.
• Prepare Monthly Section wise TDS/TCS Statement.
• TDS Entry in Tally & Taxpro Software & TDS/ TCS return filing.
• Sundry Debtors & Creditors Payments Linking & Reconciliation.
• Other Purchase Bills checking & Passing procedure.
• To prepare Sundry Creditors outstanding list for supplier payment.
• To prepare Sundry Debtors outstanding list for payment collection.
• To prepare of various report whenever required by management. I.e. Ledger payment performance. Interest Calculation, expenses statements etc.
• To prepare whatever documents require by Bank, Vendors, and Customers etc.
• To Check Employee monthly Salary Working.
• Support of Internal Audit.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Indian taxation
• Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP / Zoho, MS Excel
• Working knowledge of GST and statutory compliances
• Understanding of manufacturing/trading accounting
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Experience: - 1 - 4 Yrs.

Qualification: - B. Com. / BBA / BFM / B.Sc. Finance / GDCA or relevant education
