Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices and delivery orders for customers’ Banker’s Acceptance (BA) financing purposes.
• Issue debit notes, credit notes and other sales invoices for non-inventory-related transactions.
• Prepare monthly Finished Goods Movement Summary Reports for customs purposes.
• Prepare monthly Export Sales Reports to support claims for the Allowance for Increased Exports (AIE), where applicable.
• Conduct credit and trade checks on new customers using the CTOS system and print the relevant search reports.
• Maintain and update daily records of cheque and bank transfer collections.
• Liaise with the Sales team and customers to ensure timely settlement of outstanding invoices.
• Issue payment reminder letters to customers with overdue invoices.
• Register and update fixed asset additions in the Fixed Assets Register, and prepare and affix asset identification tags to fixed assets.
• Participate in the Company’s stocktaking activities.
• Perform any other duties and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
