Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounting and administrative task
• Assist on full set of accounting - invoice entry to PL and closing accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage petty cash and claims.
• Collection payment from panel.
• Provide administrative support to management and operations team.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in an admin or accounting role is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate.
