Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoices, receipts, payments, and financial documentation.
• Support payment processing, expense claims, and account reconciliation.
• Maintain and update product records, including item codes, item weights, prices, and descriptions.
• Record product purchases, transfers, returns, and stock movements in the inventory system.
• Prepare product lists, stock reports, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with showroom and product teams to ensure accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Management.
