Job Description

• Prepare invoices based on approved rates, DOs, PODs, or job sheets.
• Capture billing data into the system (ERP/ accounting software)
• Verify supporting documents (BL, DO, timesheets, delivery notes)
• Assist in filing, scanning, and record-keeping of billing documents.
• Follow up internally for missing documents or clarifications.
• Support month-end billing cut-off activities.
• Able to handle treasury banking and daily accounting functions.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Audit/Banking.
• Able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent with good analytical skills and ability.
• Good command of both oral and written English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Office nearby to LRT Station Bukit Tinggi
