About the role
Join the TRIPEX RESOURCES SDN BHD' team as an Account Assistant based in Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor. You will be responsible for providing full-cycle accounting support to ensure the smooth and accurate financial operations of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and petty cash
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Perform general administrative duties related to accounts
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
