ACCOUNT ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN

• Able to Handle day-to-day office administrative task (filling, data entry, documentation, email enquiries dealing with government department.
• Assist in managing Accounts Department using Autocount Accounting Software (Invoicing, AR & AP entry, Bank Reconciliation)
• Support in banking activities (MBB, CIMB BIZ, Hong Leong Biz Online) - Online transfers. Ensure timely submission of Staff advance & Payroll, Expense claims & Bills.
• Support Tender department in Tender preparation when needed.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of working experience in admin/accounting role.
• Basic Knowledge of Autocount Accounting Software & Online Banking is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantage.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong multitasking , responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience in a "Security Company" will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
• Preferably to start work immediately.
