Account Assistant (Hyrbid)

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and reconcile sales data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency with supporting records.
• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and management reporting.
• Prepare and process monthly supplier payments in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM with several years of relevant accounting experience
• Entry Level are encouraged to apply. Internship experience in accounting or finance will be an added advantage.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and a good understanding of accounting principles.
