ACCOUNT ASSISTANT/ JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Main Responsibilities

• Key invoices and record financial transactions
• Reviewing accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports created by staff to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Analyse and verify annual reports, financial statements and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning
• Delivery of month end reporting process across local accounting systems to tight timescales

Job Requirements

• SPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience in accounting and proficiency in accounting software SQL is an advantage.
• Computer literate with knowledge of accounting software.
