What they need
Key Highlights
- Support billing and invoicing, ensuring completed jobs are accurately and promptly billed
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups, payment reminders and maintaining the AR ageing report
- Provide Accounts Payable (AP) support, including vendor invoice checking and documentation
- Verify job details, pricing and supporting documents to ensure accurate and complete billing
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation in accounting systems such as Xero
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Opportunity to develop beyond billing and take on broader AR/AP and finance responsibilities as you gain experience
Requirements:
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is an advantage
- Meticulous, organized and comfortable working with numbers
- Willing to learn and take on broader finance responsibilities
