Assist in managing the financial operations and processes, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Oversee the bookkeeping functions and ensure that financial records are accurate and up to date.
Help with preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and collections.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Assist in creating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Work with other departments to ensure that financial data is accurate and up to date.
Train and supervise junior staff members as required.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial management best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
