What they need
- Handle daily accounting transactions and documentation for China-related e-commerce accounts.
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice and payment processing.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and supporting documents.
- Perform bank and payment reconciliation to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Monitor customer payments, platform settlements, refunds and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with China suppliers, customers and internal teams regarding invoices, payments and account discrepancies.
- Assist in RMB/MYR foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rate differences where applicable.
- Prepare sales and financial reports for management review.
- Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliation and audit documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and records of financial and e-commerce transactions.
- Communicate with China-based parties through email, WeChat and other business communication channels.
