Account Assistant Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Maintain of documentation and comprehensive filing to support all accounting entries.
• To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database & follow up.
• Monitor month-end and day-to-day finance functions and prepare weekly / monthly collection reports.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and timely for periodic submission.
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly accounting task as per instructions.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Head of Department

Requirement

• Written/Spoken: Mandarin , English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Required basic computer skills (Excel, Word and etc)
• Min. education requirement: STPM/LCCI
• Aggressive , committed to work & can handle multitask job.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in Accounting or Finance management is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and grow with us!
