Account Assistant (Receivable)

About the role

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including progress billing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely recording in the accounts receivable ledger while maintaining proper documentation and filing systems in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Support month-end and year-end closing processes and respond to auditor queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process (Progress Billing preferred)
• Track and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the accounts receivable ledger
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including providing documentation and responding to auditor queries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• ITE/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year and above relevant work experience
• Ability to communicate articulately and work efficiently with all levels internally and externally
• A good team player
