Account Assistant/Executive

1. Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting database regularly
2. Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders
3. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow
5. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
6. Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and expense summaries
7. Verify and process employee claims and supplier payments
8. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
9. Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required
10. Communicate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding billing and payments
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
12. Perform general administration duties related to finance and accounting operations

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field
2. 1-2 years of working experience in Account/Finance administrative work
3. Basic knowledge of accounting and book-keeping
4. Strong numerical, detail oriented, well organized, responsible, good analytical skills and able to multitask
5. Knowledge in SQL accounting is an advantage
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
