We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Associate to support day-to-day account operations and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, handling inquiries, concerns, and escalations efficiently.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, including account setup and platform orientation.
• Prepare and manage pricing proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support clients with order placement and resolve account-related issues promptly.
• Maintain organized and confidential client records and documentation.
• Coordinate client meetings, platform demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.
• Prepare regular reports on client activities, account status, and performance metrics.
