Account Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Performing daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
2. Assisting in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
3. Preparing and maintaining proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
4. Handling data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
5. Assisting with bank reconciliation, petty cash records, and expenses tracking.
6. Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, or customers on billing or payment matters.
7. Performing other accounting or clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.
8. Assisting and monitoring for Asset tracking

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
2. Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, and email usage.
3. Experience with accounting software ( AutoCount) is an advantage.
4. Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
5. Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
6. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
