- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies or irregularities
- Preparing and maintaining financial documentation and records in accordance with company policies
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Managing petty cash and expense reimbursements
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the accounts team with general administrative duties and ad hoc projects as required
- Ensuring all financial records are kept confidential and secure
