Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and arrange payments.
• Handle cheques and bank deposits.
• Update cash flow records to support daily cash management.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and process vendor payments on a timely basis.
• Review, verify, and input accounts payable invoices into the accounting system.
• Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
• Record customer payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Review employee expenses reports and process reimbursements.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records, receipts, and contracts for auditing purposes.
• Handle bank reconciliation.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancy resolution.
• Assist with month-end close.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments and billing.
• Take on ad-hoc assignments if so required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and high attention to detail.
• Immediately available or on short notice.
