ACCOUNT CLERK

About Us

We are an established engineering firm seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Account Clerk to join our team.

What you will do

• Handle daily accounting operations, and administrative tasks
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, issue customer billing statements, and ensure timely payment collection
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter transactions, payments, and expenses into general ledger and financial database
• Reconciliation: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and credit card statement reviews
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor aging accounts, track outstanding balances, and prepare payments for approval
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Who we are looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certifications preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative finance roles is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Sage)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and software
