Account Clerk

 To liaise with in-house Accountant on handling below aspects:

• Handle daily accounts operation independently & transactions including accounting entries of G/L, A/R, A/P, Inventory/Assets, month-end closing and reconciliation
• Liaise with bank and external auditors in all aspects of financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in independent handling of monthly consolidation and financial analysis
• Prepare annual audit, stock taking, and budget planning;
• In charge of HR duties such as payroll, MPF, tax return, recruitment and other HR Projects

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/member of professional association or related discipline;
• At least 2 years working experiences in accounting field;
• Experience in full set of accounts especially in SME Tradingwould be more preferred
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting system;
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, Chinese Word Processing; well versed in Excel, such as various formulas, pivot table...
• Good command in written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Meticulous, self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal skills
