Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing.

Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial records.

Collect, verify and consolidate stock/inventory data submitted by branches.

Monitor branch stock movements, usage, purchases and inventory balances.

Reconcile branch inventory records with accounting records and investigate discrepancies.

Review branch stock reports and follow up with branches on unusual variances or missing information.

• Provide accounting and finance support for F&B operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
  Experience working in an accounting firm will be an advantage.
  Mandarin language proficiency is preferred/required where needed for communication with relevant
  business stakeholders.
