What they need
- Assist with month-end and quarterly closing, including account reconciliations and preparation of management reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly management accounts for Management’s review.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly financial reports, project costing, project analysis, forecasts and budgets.
- Handle debtor and creditor invoices in accordance with e-Invoice and SST requirements.
- Record customer payments and prepare monthly Debtor Statements of Account (SOA).
- Perform daily data entry into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping records, including payment vouchers, invoices and other relevant supporting documents.
- Ensure all accounting entries and financial data are accurate and properly recorded.
- Assist in payment preparation and processing.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
- Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.
- Support the Finance team in preparing financial reports, including project costing, project analysis, company cash flow and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accounting records and documentation are properly maintained and organized.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting procedures, e-Invoice and SST requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management from time to time.
