Account Consultant (IT)

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop assigned enterprise accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within your customer portfolio
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
• Provide consultative solutions and professional advice in areas such as Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workplace technologies
• Establish long-term partnerships with clients and deliver outstanding post-sales support
• Keep abreast of market trends, emerge technologies, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements

• A Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management
• Good understanding of IT solutions and market trends
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
