The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator / Creative Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the fast-paced world of creative and advertising. You will play a critical role in supporting our account managers and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Proficiency in project management tools—particularly Asana—is essential for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects using Asana.
• Budget Assistance: Support budget tracking and management to ensure projects remain within scope.
• Production Oversight: Collaborate on the production of traditional, non-traditional, digital, and social media campaigns, as well as web projects.
• Briefs: Help develop Briefs to guide our teams in media and creative initiatives.

Location

This position is based in Columbus, OH, and requires full-time presence in the area, with the option to work from home or our office as needed.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
