Duties

• Support sales efforts by assisting with onboarding new clients, preparing proposals, and tracking sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Collaborate across departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Utilize order processing tools and SaaS platforms to process client requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze customer data within CRM systems to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, or service improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project statuses, and account activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Assist in internal communication efforts by preparing reports, updates, and presentations that support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, account management, or client services within a SaaS or financial services environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and analysis tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate across teams seamlessly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Experience in managing customer accounts, order processing tools, and customer service problem-solving is highly desirable.
