Account Coordinator/ Invoice Associate

About the role

Zadok Eitan Consultancy Corp. (ZEC) is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Bookkeeper / General Accounting Specialist to join our office-based team. The role is based on-site in Makati/BGC, Monday–Saturday, 8 hours/day, starting at 11:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• AP & AR Management and Aging Reports
• Trial Balance preparation
• Month-end closing
• BIR compliance and filings — VAT, Withholding & Income Tax Returns
• SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-IBIG statutory deductions
• BIR e-Services — eFPS & eBIRForms
• Balance Sheet, Income Statement (P&L) & Cash Flow preparation
• Application of PFRS / IFRS accounting frameworks
• Preparation of accurate and audit-ready accounting records

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• 0–3 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and General Ledger (GL)
• Experience or familiarity with Xero, Odoo, QuickBooks Online
• Advanced MS Excel
• Google Workspace
• eFPS & eBIRForms
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
