Job Descriptions

• Data entry, bookkeeping and general accounting work
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data
• To assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and regular inventory counts.
• Responsible for general office administration
• To assist the superior in all matters including ad-hoc tasks

Required Skills / Abilities

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Willing to learn
3. Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into accounting systems
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
6. Able to work independently.
7. Candidate who able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.

9. Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
