Account cum Admin

About the Role

Pentas Flora is a leading environmental solutions company, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account cum Admin Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for handling a broad range of accounting and administrative functions while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full accounting cycle, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office administration.
• Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational and cost efficiencies.

Requirements

• LCCI qualification, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative functions.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and accounting systems.
• Proficient in AutoCount (preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse clients, customers, and stakeholders.
