Account cum Admin Executive

1. Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements
2. Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
3. Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
4. Assisting with payroll processing and employee-related tasks
5. Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective business operations

Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture or import-export industry.More experience,higher pay!

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Proficient in using accounting software SQL and Microsoft Office applications. (Company provides training if candidate does not have experience)

5. Good at communication and interpersonal skills

6. Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

7. Proactive and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks.

8. Manage payment for rental contracts of company (Factory rental,accomodation for workers and staffs, utilities bills...)

9. If you can speak Chinese will be an additional advantage

   Working hours 9 am to 6pm, Mon to Fri.
