What they need
- Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks, including Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), Credit Notes and OAicial Receipts.
- Prepare payment vouchers, perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate company expense records. Maintain and update Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and sales records.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain relevant payroll documentation.
- Prepare and maintain financial and administrative documents, including quotations, commission reports, journal entries and EA Forms.
- Monitor customer payments and supplier invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery, purchasing and payment processes.
- Assist in procurement and inventory-related administrative activities, including purchase orders and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and ensure all accounting and administrative records are complete and up to date.
- Assist with general official administration and other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Support the Finance and Administration team in daily operations and other ad hoc tasks when required.
