Account Development HORECA (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve sales targets within Horeca accounts
• Visit customers regularly to present products, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain existing customers and expand new business opportunities
• Manage outlets and supervise pre-sales operations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure product availability at customer outlets
• Manage and follow up on customer payments to reduce outstanding debts
• Execute and manage point-of-sale materials effectively
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 3 years of sales experience (for non-related degree holders)
• Experience in Horeca channel is a plus
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-minded, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
• Computer literacy; English communication skills are an advantage
