Account Director

• Role Overview: Serve as the strategic bridge between high-value clients and internal agency teams, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition while providing leadership to account management staff.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Pitching: Lead new business pitches, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop account managers and executives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring seamless workflow delegation.
• Strategic Oversight: Oversee long-term account strategies, campaign execution, and budget pacing to guarantee alignment with client goals and agency profitability.
• Relationship Management: Act as the executive escalation point for major accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
• Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in agency or corporate client servicing, proven track record in quota-carrying sales/new business acquisition, and exceptional leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
