Join an established marketing agency working across diverse B2B and B2C sectors. As Account Director, you’ll lead client relationships, shape integrated marketing strategies and drive commercial growth, working alongside creative, digital, media and web specialists.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior account management role within a marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix, including website projects and digital marketing.
• Confident communicator and presenter, skilled at building relationships and managing challenging conversations.
• Commercially minded and highly organised, with experience managing budgets, profitability and competing deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead key client relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver against client objectives.
• Mentor account managers and executives, bringing internal teams together to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Oversee account strategy, campaign performance and reporting, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and profitability while contributing to pitches and wider agency development.

Where You'll Be Based:

Based in Leeds city centre, five days a week in the office, you'll enjoy a collaborative team culture and are best commuting from Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Harrogate and beyond.
