Account Director | Publicis London | 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

We're hiring an Account Director to join the team at Publicis London on a 12-month maternity cover contract, working with a leading global brand on exciting, high-profile campaigns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Director with a truly integrated agency background, a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering brilliant creative work. You'll play a key role in leading the client relationship, bringing together creative, strategy and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

We're looking for someone who can combine big-picture thinking with strong leadership and commercial expertise, building trusted client partnerships while ensuring exceptional work is delivered from brief through to execution.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels, from initial brief through to final execution
• Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships, acting as a senior strategic partner
• Providing strategic direction and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the account and add value for the client
• Leading senior client meetings, presentations and strategic discussions
• Bringing together creative, strategy, production and other specialist teams to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns
• Overseeing project delivery, budgets, resource planning and timelines to ensure work is delivered to a high standard
• Inspiring, supporting and developing the wider account team
• Balancing creative ambition with commercial awareness to deliver work that meets both client and agency objectives

Skills we're looking for:

• Proven experience working at Account Director level within an agency environment
• Strong, truly integrated agency experience , with a track record of delivering campaigns across multiple channels
• Excellent senior client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A strategic thinker who can confidently challenge briefs, shape ideas and identify opportunities
• Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding and developing account teams
• Excellent project management, organisational and financial management skills
• A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to bring people together around ambitious ideas
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding creative work
