Account / E commerce Manager

Meras X is a business development agency specialized in e-commerce. We're looking for a Account / E commerce Manager to work directly with our CEO, keep the team, tasks and deliverables moving, and be our main link with outsourced partners.

What you'll do:

• Assign and follow up tasks across the team (Shopify development, graphic design, content, SEO)
• Own deadlines and make sure every deliverable ships on time and to standard
• Review work before it's delivered
• Support the team: clear blockers, clarify briefs and balance the workload
• Manage our outsourced partners (media production, performance marketing, freelancers) from brief to delivery
• Keep our Trello boards up to date
• Send the CEO a weekly status report: what's done, what's late, and what needs attention

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in Account / E commerce management or coordination, ideally at a digital or marketing agency
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing workflows
• Hands-on experience with Trello or a similar tool (ClickUp, Asana, Notion)
• Highly organized, with relentless follow-up
• A clear communicator who can give feedback and hold people accountable, including freelancers
• Calm under pressure while juggling multiple projects
• Good English
