Account Excutive/Assistant

Cyklop Jade Star is a leading packaging strapping manufacturer with over 38 years’ experience in PET recycling and PET strapping production.

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Assistantto join us in a Manufacturing Company located in Telok Gong, Klang.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle sales billing and accounts receivable.

· Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial information and reporting schedules for assigned entities.

· Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and follow up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.

· Manage day-to-day finance activities, including banking, payments, collection and cash flow monitoring.

· Ensure accounting records and supporting documentation are properly maintained for assigned entities.

· Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation and responses to auditor queries.

· Undertake other finance and accounting duties as required.

Requirements

· Degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

· At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

· Knowledge in SQL, LMW will be added advantage.

· Must able to read and speak in Mandarin, Malay and English.

· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

· Possess initiative, willingness to learn;

· Independent and meticulous;

· Can-do attitude and a team player;

· Good communication skills.
