Account Exec / Senior Account Exec

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to manage Accounts Receivable and treasury-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer payments, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing bank reconciliations, and supporting daily cash and banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and other related documents accurately and on time
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and outstanding invoices
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare AR ageing reports and monitor collection status
• Ensure all receipts and customer payments are properly recorded in the accounting system
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of AR reports
• Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances
• Prepare and process payment requests and bank transactions
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivable/Treasury
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
