Account Executiv

Role Description The Account Executive will manage client accounts, support customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of شركة عبدالله عايد العنزي للمقاولات العامة شركة شخص واحد. This part-time remote role involves handling inquiries from clients, preparing basic financial and account-related reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. The Account Executive will monitor account performance, follow up on outstanding issues, and maintain organized records of client communications and agreements. The role also includes identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, supporting contract and proposal preparation, and ensuring that all interactions align with company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and handle inquiries effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to assist with account reviews, basic reporting, and data-driven decision support.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a part-time remote environment.
• Relevant experience in account management, customer service, or finance is preferred, along with proficiency in common office and communication software.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism with diverse clients and stakeholders.
