Account Executive / Account Assistant

Responsibilities included :

• Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data.
• Preparing the full set account and related schedules and listing
• Liaise with client for requesting documents and information for preparation of full set account.
• Maintain proper record of documents.
• Preparing related schedules for audit purpose.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Assist with SST preparation and submission.
• Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examinations
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related account field (Account Executive)
• Fresh graduate also is welcome to apply
• Knowledge of computerized accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Familiar with accounting standards
• Experience in Auto-Count accounting software will be an added advantage.
