ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, cash book maintenance, and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Experience in preparing payment documents, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documentation.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments, auditors, company secretaries, bankers, suppliers, customers, and other external parties.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Support FFB payment control and General Ledger (GL) data entry.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or professional certificate in accounting
• Proven experience as an Account Executive / Account Assistant Executive or similar role in the palm oil background/Transportation industry, with at least 3 - 4 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
