Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new potential customers
- Arrange customer meetings and appointments
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Coordinate samples, quotations and follow-up
- Conduct customer and market research
- Maintain customer database and sales progress
- Manage assigned accounts and develop repeat business
- Submit regular activity and market reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Japanese business communications: JLPT N2 or equivalents preferred
- Business English communication
- 1-3 years B2B, B2C / export sales experience
- Strong prospecting & negotiation skills
- Able to travel to Japan
- Proactive and disciplined follow-up
- Demonstrate ability / Willing to acquire new customers
- Strong sales-hunter capability
