Account Executive- Analyst

Accounting Executive (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Role & responsibilities

-Manage Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger activities

-Prepare Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and Management Reports

-Support Month-End & Year-End Closures

-Work on leading accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Wave

-Assist in Financial Reporting and Taxation-related assignments

-Coordinate directly with international clients and internal teams

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (03 Years)

Exposure to CA Firms, Accounting Firms, or US Accounting processes

Candidates pursuing CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CS

Req- Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred; candidates eager to learn can also be considered.

Good written & verbal communication skills
