Account Executive (AR)

About the role

As an Account Executive specializing in Accounts Receivable, you will play a vital role in our finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions to ensure A/R is up-to-date and accurate
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating cash receipt logs, and posting cash to accounts receivable
• Monitor credit control and monthly debt collection performance
• Keep accurate records and report on collection activity
• Perform data entry, prepare invoices, send bill reminders, and file paperwork
• Go to the bank to deposit cheques as requested
• Deal with other account matters

About you

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience
• Able to handle full set account or with assistance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Efficient, detail oriented, pro-active, fast learner and team player
