Missions
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals
- Identify and engage HR leaders, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams
- Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer needs
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Represent Collective at events, meetups, and industry conferences
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Profile wanted
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR tech or recruiting tools is a plus)
- Strong track record of closing deals and hitting quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable selling to both startups and larger organizations
- Curious about AI and its impact on the future of work
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
