Missions

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Identify and engage HR leaders, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer needs
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development
  • Represent Collective at events, meetups, and industry conferences
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Profile wanted


  1. 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR tech or recruiting tools is a plus)
  2. Strong track record of closing deals and hitting quotas
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Comfortable selling to both startups and larger organizations
  5. Curious about AI and its impact on the future of work
  6. Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on mindset
  7. Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
