Cisco

Meet the Team
The Webex Customer Experience Sales Acceleration team is the specialist engine behind Cisco's growth in Contact Centre, AI for CX and CCaaS across Asia Pacific. We are a compact, senior overlay team of domain experts who sit alongside account managers, collaboration specialists, solution architects and channel partners to win the region's most strategic customer engagement opportunities. Everything we sell converges on one idea: helping organisations transform how they serve their customers as Agentic AI, mobile and digital messaging reshape customer behaviour. The team is hands-on, entrepreneurial and highly collaborative — you will be trusted to run your own market, but never asked to run it alone. If you enjoy operating at the front edge of a fast-moving market with a portfolio customers genuinely want to talk about, you will enjoy working here.

You will bring deep domain expertise to the wider Cisco and partner sales community, multiplying your impact well beyond the deals you personally lead. You will translate Cisco's product and solution portfolio into business outcomes, aligning our strategy to each customer's priorities and industry challenges.
