Account Executive (Central Java Area)

· Sales & Targets: Develop marketing plans, collaborate with 3PL providers, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

· Customer Relations: Build and maintain professional business relationships with key customers.

· Business Opportunities: Actively seek new business opportunities and analyze market information and competitor activities.

· Reporting & Administration: Complete account reports and market intelligence, and adhere to commercial processes (contract documentation, installation, and supply chain).

· Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Field Service Engineers, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, P&C, Distributors, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in any major is a must, Majoring in Life Sciences or Medical or related healthcare major is a plus factor.

· Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes.

· Focus and able to achieve target and results

· Able to accommodate pressures from internal and external

· Able to converse and write in English.

· Communication and presentation skills, Computer skills
