Account Executive (Client Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the design team, fostering strong and long-term client relationships.
• Gather and understand client requirements, briefs, and expectations, and effectively communicate them to the design team.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design objectives, preferences, target audience, and brand identity, translating these into effective creative solutions.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or changes.
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle and proactively resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Review design deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements before obtaining final approval.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage scope changes to maintain project profitability.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, industry developments, and best practices, and share relevant insights with clients and the design team.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a graphic design or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of design principles, creative processes, and production requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of printing processes, production methods, and specifications is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Portfolio or previous experience working on design projects would be an advantage.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel when required.
