Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records in Tally.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain books of accounts up to finalization of the Balance Sheet.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns and TDS returns.
• Reconcile GST and TDS records with statutory portals.
• Process journal entries, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and tax audits.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good understanding of GST and TDS compliances and return filing.
• Experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Real Estate Industry (Preferred)
• CA Firm Experience will also be considered.
