Key Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Sales growth: Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Proposal development: Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.
• Market research: Analyze market trends and provide insights to strengthen business strategies.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Reporting: Track account performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
